i have a rock candy wired controller that i bought expressly for this purpose, it is the third wired controller i've bought to play gtaV with and the third one that does not work. it functions perfectly on every other app, but gta simply wont recognize it. my other controller will not reconnect after a slight jostle to the cord unless i restart

The problem is that my Left Analog stick is no longer working for movement in the game and is instead bringing up my phone and stuff whilst the directional pad is now being used for movement. I recent purchased gta next gen for my series s around thanksgiving. Everything was working fine until mid mission everything stops working. My controller was still working for my Xbox, just not gta.
